Judgement Day

Hmmm. so I guess everyone must have gotten their results? How's it? Satisfied? Disappointed? or 'Ah, I could have do better!'

SP decided to troll us by sending us the results SMS one day before the official release day and it so happened that we are in school, figuring out the space project. *i was mapling at that point of time though LOL* Results came, open the SMS with really high expectation of myself. and yea the 2 B+ just slapped me right in my face =/

the rest would probably said, 'B+ is good enough le what', 'u sad what? i got D in my results slip leh'. they probably don't get it, B+ is not some thing in my dictionary. To me, only grades of  A and/or Distinction exist. Perhaps this is the mindset of most DBS students. Don't judge us, you will only understand if you were to be in our shoes. Almost the whole class is elite, you have to constantly fight to be exceptional or outstanding.

I will never forget that day back in year 1. We got back our maths paper.  the score 94 or 96 did not make me happy. Why? because the rest scored the near perfect of 99 or perfect score of 100. so not point being happy yea..

and Sam actually cheered me up ytd upon received our results =) she said, 'you are being too hard on yourself'. i was walking home that day and there's this sudden influx of tears =/ perhaps i really do..

but OH WELL!  the SMS is kinda a scam cause it did not reflect the accumulative GPA. so the email came after 12mn. i decided to change my mood cause the overall GPA still maintain at that holy number. LOL. hmmm. an advise to juniors is that you slowly pull up ur GPA till it's desirable instead of making it perfect in the first place and have a really hard time maintain or what's worst, watching the number decrease little by little every sem D:

so now, happygirl93 =) and i feel so lazy to practice =/ and then i will regret i am not able to play those beautiful pieces like yu hou during combined 2moro =____=

Scooping for NTU med school. or even perhaps NUS one. LOL. I really can't imagine myself being a doctor although I once aspired to work in accident and emergency department! I think it's really cool to experience those life and death within a wink moment.. Oh well, i sounded sick. X=

today's talk is kinda okay.. is just slightly more informative than the webbie.. the 2013 intake for NTU med sch is freaking 50. LOL. so u need to be the bacteria of the cream of the strawberry on top of the cream of the crop to get in yea! need take biomed admission test and get awesome results too. and not forgetting 8 multi mini interview.

the best part of the day is actually dinner with my dear research peeps =D had an awesome catching up session on our year 1s interesting stuffs at the suntec skygarden, the wind's blowing and it's drizzling a bit. how awesome can it get! Thank God for all these precious moments in my life!

oh yea! and i heard an awesome song in some cd shops in suntec!

so wednesday .. yes, i went out the whole day for CO. Daytime --> performance @ St. Theresa Home. Jie Ying's right~ the smiles of the elderly are worthless. Seeing them so lonely at nursing home .. wondering if we were end up like that in 50 or 60 years down the road D: Evening --> practice *the songs are so overwhelming that i cant regulate my breathing properly. *

Had an awesome rest on Thurs~ And today, went to school to print scores for the 4 new combined songs. Thank God for Wei Jie's help! I had no one to help me initially and Wei Jie decided to drop by school and share this burden. LOL. Librarian's job is no joke man. Please everyone.. cherish your scores .. know that they don't come by easy =___= imagine making countless trip to the printing shop and sorting out the amount of scores for individual instrument for the ENTIRE ORCHESTRA~ but still ! finished the job and ...

FEEL SO ACCOMPLISHED AND ALL THESE ARE NOT POSSIBLE WITH WEI JIE'S HELP.

ohhh and jun sian's around too~ providing some music entertainment with his cello, making unnecessary noise and adding some laughter to our boring score printing day~ =D

supposed to wake earlier and attend excellence award ceremony! SPCO got their consecutive 7 or 8 times excellence award! cheers!!! =D but .. i oversleept~ there goes my good food as the venue is at swissotel! super atas place~ and so.. we spent our next 4 hours printing and sorting the scores.

dinner with jun sian and wei jie after~. LOL. is so nerve wrecking to see someone carry a cello hard case and wiggle thru the crowd. it's totally #likeaboss.

the highlight of the day is MAHJONG after dinner @ victoria's house!! I am the biggest winner yea. HAHAH. God really bless me with lots of luck! thank God =D but we don't gamble so is simply for the fun of it! and jason, wei xiang and victoria got me shouting 'JIU MING AH' as their playing speed is imba fast.

lastly, home sweet home! since need to catch ferry early in the next morning to batam for short getaway with family! and best part is i totally forget to pack for the trip~
